In my change request form whenever I update short description or changed assigned to I am seeing duplicate enteries in activity log. I checked the business rules and work flows. Do anyone having the same issue?

Hi Sridhar,
Can you confirm if the field "run before business rules" is checked in the workflow properties. If yes, Please uncheck the field and try once.

Hello Sridhar,
Under certain circumstances this happened to customers after upgrading to Dublin.
In the Workflow there is a tick box called "Run after Business Rules run" and this caused in some cases duplicate entries in the activity log.
I would like to advise to open a ticket with Technical Support so they can have a look at the workflow.

Another reason for this can be using current.update() in before business rules....that causes the transaction to run multiple times.
