How to configure new login page for Service Portal

How to configure login page for my portal.Now its taking default login?

Hi Saranya,

You can follow the below steps

1. Go to Service Portal->Portals

2. Go to the portal you have created.(in the below example i have gone to the default SP)

3. In the screenshot, you can see there is a field 'login page'.

4. You change the page to your custom built login page.

Hey Arka,

I did the same and it not working properly.

I can see the new login page,within a fraction of second its logging to instance.navpage.do.

When giving the credential it will going the Service portal
