How create incident via Alexa in servicenow?

Hi,
I am new to servicenow i am stuck in the configuration Alexa with Servicenow .
The problem is alexa not responding with my voice command i am trying in Indian reason
and the intents and utterance also does not giving the response
please let me  know the configuration and how to overcome this.
