ServiceNow HealthScan Application

Hi,
I've seen on ServiceNow's YouTube channel that there's a new product, HealthScan (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ts5IvdiRZqo), which looks very attractive, especially since we have a small window to carry out platform upgrades each year. Does anyone have any details on this, as this video seems to be the only source of information - there's nothing on HI, the Community or SN Docs.

Hi - Here is some information about HealthScan. This offering is not a new offering and the good news is that we have received many feedback that it is a great tool to help you scan instance health and also track your upgradeability.

A healthscan report is free. To obtain your report, you need to ask your Sales Consultant or Success Manager for the a copy of the report.

ACE reports are now discontinued and are being replaced with Health Scan and same will be served by SNOW PS teams only.

Do you have a source for this? The ServiceNow video seemed to suggest it'd be a plugin or something available for all customers so we can work out what will happen before needing PS support for upgrades?

HealthScan was launched just prior to K18 and there were a few sessions on it at K18. Right now it is only available via a ServiceNow Professional Services or Customer Success engagement since it does require expertise to review and understand the results. ACE has been retired with the release of HealthScan. HealthScan will be rolled out to our partner community as well. The end goal is to put this into the product so that customers can execute themselves but there is no timeline on when that will happen.
