How can I create a account in hi.service-now.com?

I have a demo instance of servicenow. Now for upgrading the instance I want to login to hi.service-now.com. But I have no permission to logging in it. So how can I manage the upgrades for my specific demo intanstance?

If you are talking of your personal development instance you can upgrade it from https://developer.servicenow.com/app.do#!/home

If you are talking about a customer instance then in your org who has the customer_admin role on HI should be able to create a user account for you.

Can anyone suggest how to get a HI account login?

Go to https://developer.servicenow.com/

Click on MANAGE and then on Action-- > upgrade instance.
