Add a custom Service Portal Widget to a dashboard

I am simply trying to add a custom widget that I made to a dashboard. My widget is named "Matthew_Analytics"

If I search in the widgets under the Service Portal > Widgets page, I can find my widget.

But, if I search for the widget on the dashboard page, I cannot find it. NOTE: The page I am searching for the widget on, on which it does not appear is screenshotted below.

Where do I find it if I am trying to add it to my dashboard?
