I am trying to setup CM on my PDI and use my own AWS Account. However even after enabling the plugins I am unable to see the Cloud Admin/User Portal.
Does anyone know what might be the issue here. I can though see the required tables but no links to these portal. Also cant see any informations for these on the portals list.(sp_portal_list.do)
Have i missed some configuration here or is it that we cant use CM on PDI?

Hi,
have you assigned user to CMP role?
1. Cloud Admin portal user must have this role: sn_cmp.cmp_root_admin
2. Cloud user Portal user must have this role: sn_cmp.cloud_service_user
if user has role 'sn_cmp.cmp_root_admin' can see cloud user portal and cloud admin portal.
after assigning role logout and login to the instance.

I am checking using the admin user whihc should have access to all modules. Also when you pointed out i checked the roles tables and these roles are not available. Maybe if this gives someone a clue on what the issue might be.

To add to the details shared, I checked the roles tables and the roles(sn_cmp.cmp_root_admin, sn_cmp.cloud_service_user) are not avaialble in that table.
Maybe if this gives someone a clue on what the issue might be.

Did you activate Cloud Management plugin in PDI? if not then Activate it first and once it is activated you can see roles + cloud Portal with admin user. test or end user you should add CMP roles to them.
