Header Menu of Service Portal

Hi Team,

I want to do some changes in header menu of service portal. How to remove a menu item from the header menu.

Please help me

Hi Pooja,

Go to Service Portal --> Menus and find the menu where Title is SP Header Menu.

Type Portals in application navigator then open the portal URL suffix as 'sp' and then click on the main menu.

Then mark System Status as false.
