We do not presently have probes for RDS in Helsinki or Istanbul. I think they are planned for Jakarta, but I do not know how easily they can be back-ported. I will confirm and respond more affirmatively, tomorrow.
We have similar requirements, ServiceNow told us that Jakarta is getting that capability. You may request Jakarta business instance after K17 where they are announcing Jakarta and talk about Kingston.
