Can anyone tell me how I can report on a user's time logged into servicenow?   I had a contractor doing work and his invoice does not add up with the days.   I did go into the user record right clicked on the bar went to history and calendar, but it shows me nothing accept when his account was created.   Any reports or views for this would be very helpful.   Thanks Colleen

Colleen,

Under System Logs > Events, you can filter for the user id (Parm1) and for the Name = login or logout. You still have to do the math, but you'll see every time that user logged in and logged out of your instance. You'll want to do this on all your instances as the contractor may have been doing work in one of your sub prod instances. Screenshot included.

I am not getting anything I think it maybe the created.   I get a ton of records just nothing for him.   I sent it to my admin see if she can do something.   I will ask more if I find more.   Thank you so much.
