ODBC Driver not returning table Schema

Hi All,

I'm attempting to get the ODBC driver to query a new table in our instance. The ODBC driver itself has been installed for a long time, and has been working for the tables it is already configured for, but it is currently not returning results for any new tables (error using OPENQUERY via a linked server in SQL Server Management Studio 2014 returns that the table doesn't exist or an ACL is preventing access).

I think the problem lies with the ODBC driver (64 bit, version 1.0.9), as I am able to successfully query the table via the iSQL interface if logged in with the exact same username and password. I have tried:

1) Setting up a new linked server in SSMS

2) Setting up a new DSN on the SQL server windows 2012 system DSN.

3) Setting up a new datasource under the ODBC driver management utility under the Service-Now product

4) Checked the xmlstats.do on the instance to ensure that we arent exceeding the max number of table entries for teh cache

5) Changing the IP cache and logging parameters to use ${user.home} for the location of the files.

I'm still able to query existing tables on it via the ODBC to tables that are recognized in the DB schema, but i'm unable to query the table I need.

Thoughts or suggestions? My preference would be to not have to re-install the driver, but as a last resort I may give that a try.

Triaged a bit more, and decided, what the heck, lets try a server reboot...
