Hi
When I am submitting incident from service portal getting below message :-
Created INC0010233 - track using 'Requests' in the header or click here to view
I need to replace Request with incident.
Please let me know how can I do that ?

In the server script of the SC Catalog Item widget there is the line
m.trackMsg = gs.getMessage("track using 'Requests' in the header or"
We made a copy of this widget and amend this.

Hello Sourabh
There might be a Business rule for the above message. Try to Navigate to Business Rules and check via filter 'Script' contains 'track using 'Requests' in the header or click here to view' and you should see some list of BR's. Open those records and go to the 'Advanced' tab and replace the text there.
If above doesn't work, try to check in Client scripts.
Please hit correct/helpful based on response.

I have made required change in the copy of SC Catalog Item. Now please let me know how can I relate this widget to Request header menu.
