I hope you can assist me here.

We are utilising the ConnectChat feature within Helsinki, and its all been going well the last week since launch.

That aside, my question is this:

I am attempting to add a button within the   Connect Support widget, that I believe populates the included screenshot.

I am looking to add a button at the top of the frame. I know the HTML and CSS, and where to position, but i cannot get it to register any changes upon saving.

Does the "Connect Chat Support" widget actually control this area?
