Contextual search in Service Portal

Hi, it seems contextual search for record producers do not work in Service Portal, is this a current limitation, or something that we need to specify first in order for it to work.

For example, the cxs_rp_search macro works normally from a record producer in the Self-Service Homepage, but does nothing when you use the same record producer in Service Portal.

There is a Problem out on HI for this issue.   No fix/workaround at the moment.

Hi Joel,

The link to the Problem record is no longer valid.   I'm unable to locate the Problem on HI.   Do you know if a new problem has been created?

You have to be logged into HI before you click on the link in order for it to go directly to the PRB.   If that doesn't work, try this link.

If that doesn't work, try running a search in HI for the PRB692368.
