Any documentation link which gives the list of tables present in service now, Can i also find this list dynammically from a API?

Yes you are right. we can find it the given url. but it contains only existing/OOB table. For custom table, I hope we have check in the dictionary.

So can I assume the list of standard tables are same for all instances (default instance)?
And there is no API which provides the list, it is static when it comes to standard tables?
