Hi

I am facing an issue when I bring the my survey widget on service portal which is when user take the survey he should be able to see the Request number on survey. How can I bring that on survey?Here user should be able to see the request number to which he is going to take survey?please refer the attachment

But for incident when i take the survey i can be able to see the incident number but it wasnt available for service request survey.WHat I have to do?please find attachment

Check in the configuration of the Survey for Service Request, you may need to add the number field somewhere.

NO i checked everything i cant find any configuration regarding that
