Hi Joel, For the last point, can you make sure the active flag on queue table is set to true? The queue records will show up in the drop down only when they are active=true.

Hello, so walk-up experience already has a feature that will keep on-site sessions from timing out. All the onsite widgets use WalkupKeepAlive angular provider (utility function to keep the page session alive). Hope this helps! -Daryl

You should be able to make these changes as an admin. you can then login as walk-up login user to test your changes.

sn_walkup_incident_confirmation is an endpoint. More details can be found by looking at the code in incident_confirmation sys_ui_page table. Hope this helps!
