I had come across similar scenario before but not remembering what action we took.
You can try setting up install condition of the software model to exclude them but not sure if there is a better option that this.

@Elizabeth Hemon @rznesq This is official workaround from ServiceNow listed in one of flow designer platform academy sessions. So I assume no impacts and it has been working for me since some time.
@Rupesh Ram Chi1 I would suggest to use the same scope as table but it all depends on the table level access you have granted. If my scope can read or write against target table scope, then it should be fine.
