ServiceNow has a dictionary attribute on this table's collection record called No system fields. Anyone have any guidance why ServiceNow would do that? It makes it nearly impossible to tell where the record came from and when it came into existance.
Out-of-the-box neither Service Graph Connectors or Discovery populate the last used date on the software installation records. Does anyone have experience populating it and can give the pros/cons and how they did it?
