ServiceNow has a dictionary attribute on this table's collection record called No system fields. Anyone have any guidance why ServiceNow would do that? It makes it nearly impossible to tell where the record came from and when it came into existance.

Hi @Mike Whalley Last Scanned is a bit different, that fields represents the date the software product was last scanned on the device. Many times this would be the date a tool like SCCM talked to the device for a software inventory check.

When troubleshooting records in the Software Usage table (samp_sw_usage) there is no created, created by, updated, updated by fields. Why would ServiceNow do that?
