No guarantees here, but you could try a repeat interval (hourly, daily, etc.), then run a condition script to compare current time against your calendar and return true/false.

No problem. Are the frequencies stored in the records themselves? If so, you might want two scheduled jobs for Daily vs. Monthly and only query for the applicable tasks in each.
