Hi Atul, Yes we only want "From Test" in the notification. But it will show an error field message since its not a valid email. As per documentation we can put something like this in the from field:Service Desk <ServiceDesk@mycompany.com>

Hi Ravi, Thanks for your response. Yeah, actually they want to access without configuring the ACL.We found a workaround. We will just be using sys_choice table instead.
