Mike Koehler is the VP of HR Strategy, Talent Management, & HR Services for Express Scripts in St. Louis. He led the transition of the Express Scripts HR delivery model to shared services two years ago and has since taken responsibility for Talent Acquisition, HR Strategy, Communications, Analytics, and other HR functions. In the past 6 years, Mike has held several HR leadership positions for this Fortune 22 healthcare company. His career has spanned more than 20 years as an HR Business Partner and Organizational Development leader across multiple industries. Prior to joining Express Scripts, Mike held HR leadership roles with Citi, Maritz, and Asbury Services. Mike has a master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Towson University in Baltimore.


Kirsten Dietrich is the Senior Director of HR Services at Express Scripts where she leads the strategy and operation of the HR shared services organization. In her first three years at Express Scripts, Kirsten led benefits strategy and design for 26,000 U.S. employees including health & welfare, absence & disability, well-being, and retirement programs. Previously, Kirsten held the role of Director of Global Rewards and Business Transformation for Energizer Holdings, Inc. and has served in prior HR leadership positions at World Wide Technology, Inc. and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Kirsten is an active member of the St. Louis Business Health Coalition, a purchasing coalition of employers that aims to improve the well-being of employees and enhance the overall quality and value of employer investments in health benefits. She also serves as a Board Member of Lafayette Industries, a productive living work center for adults with developmental disabilities. Kirsten attended Washington University in St. Louis, where she received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and she holds the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation.
