Workshop on Change Advisory Board (CAB) Workbench
October 18th at 8am PT
Proper change management is extremely important for business, yet everyone involved in the change process dreads the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings. The speed and effectiveness of the approval and authorization process is frustratingly slow, cumbersome and often considered torturous. That’s about to change. The CAB Workbench simplifies and automates the various moving pieces of Change Management, enabling change managers to easily schedule, plan and manage CAB meetings from a dedicated portal.
Let’s make it fun! We will all go hands-on with development instances and walk through the implementation and use of the CAB workbench together. When you are done you should have the skills that you need to truly transform change management.
To implement the CAB Workbench at your organization you need:
- Istanbul or Jakarta
- Change Management implemented
