Our organization is currently in the process of moving to SAP as a global ERP system. I was curious if anyone else is using SAP and how you have integrated Service-Now with SAP. Especially in regards to Incidents and tickets as well as any sort of synch with user records and data. If anyone has any stories (or nightmares :) )to share about their SAP integrations I'd be most interested to hear them.
I am also interested in any SAP feedback ;)
i have not done any integration with SAP, but would be interested if anyone has done anything around a connection that would hook up asset management between the two systems.
We are extracting some employee information from SAP into Active Directory, then synchronizing into Service-now.
We just implemented Service-Now to take careof Incident and Change Management and part of Service Catalog and Self-Service portal. We started defining release management and the challenge is that we have different business critical applications which are using different process to handle releases – one of them being SAP. We are not looking into integration with SAP but actually managing change and release for SAP in service-Now.
We’re looking for another company using Service-Now and SAP who is willing to share their experience with us
We did some work on the integration between SAP Solution Manager and ServiceNow. We are able to manage change requests, incidents and problem in SAP and ServiceNow with a full synchronization.
We also have developed a SAP probe which is able to fill and construct an SAP CMDB in ServiceNow with monitoring of SAP instances in ServiceNow.
Feel free to contact me if you need any further information and/or a demo.
We would be very interested in hearing more about your integration with SAP?
Can we setup a demo and conference call?

We are trying to develop integration between servicenow and sap solution manager with webservices
Can you please share the details of integration?
Integration between ServiceNow and SAP is possible using Informatica Cloud. For more info on ServiceNow connector, please visit-http://www.mansasys.com/servicenow-connector.
For any further query, please reach at info(at)mansasys(dot)com
Here at Perspectium we have completed an integration to SAP HANA using no web services or incoming connections thus not impacting performance. All other methods are impactful and use web services or some form of incoming connector.
Please let me know you would like our help.
Please let me know if you have something in place. There is an add-on for SAP that does exactly what you are looking for: allows you to create ServiceNow incidents from SAP GUI. All information (system, user, program etc.) is added automatically to every incident. This helps developers a lot because there is no need to clarify details. Users always forget to include every information, so there is always a communication overhead Well, this is not the case with this add-on, everything is added by the program. No more typos...
Take a look at this page: http://sta-technologies.com/create-servicenow-incidents-from-sap/
You can see it in action here: Integration of SAP and ServiceNow - YouTube
There is a 30-day trial too, so you can test it in your own systems for free.
Hello, is the reverse available?
To create SAP PM Notifications from ServiceNow incidents with tracking integration and updates from start to end?
Yes we can create SAP PM Notifications, but we need to develop an app on the ServiceNow side. If you are interested, we can do a PoC for you.
