Our company is looking to expand on our Service Catalog in 2017 and I would like to attend this session to do some info gathering. I'm not seeing how I register on the website, can you assist?

I have 2 users (both with roles-both using IE 11) submit requests and the content they have entered in the Special Instructions field was not correct once the request was submitted.
For example - Bob entered a request and entered special instructions, however the text was populated on his new request was the text he entered was from his previous request. The attachments were incorrect as well.
This evening I am going to flush the cache in production, however I wanted to see if anyone else has feedback on where else I can troubleshoot this issue. (We are not seeing this issue in Development.)
Wondering if this could related? ServiceNow KB: On the Cart Preview Screen (two step), the "Special instructions" component only works if "Requested for"…
Any other suggestions on where to troubleshoot?
jennif - I would start with 'yourinstancename.service-now.com/cache.do as this has resolved the issue for customers in the past. If that doesn't work, please let us know and we can provide some additional tips/tricks.

At this time it does not appear it solved the problem. Is there something else I can do to troubleshoot? We are starting to become very busy with requests and this will cause a large delay with fulfillment for our Procurement team.
I posted this earlier, no help as of yet. Any suggestions? this is somewhat service catalog related...
