I have a customer in the Nordics that needs to see documentation that clearly outlines two concers:
1. Data sovereignty: The SaaS solution provided by ServiceNow must be documented in detail to clearly show how our information is separated from other tenants.
2. ServiceNow instance recovery plan: What is the procedure if one instance would completly crash and what does the ServiceNow process look like to recover from that.
I believe you will get this information from the (Field) Security Team. Send me an internal email if you need more details.
