You can change the styles of the fields through right click the appropriate field and choose Configure Styles. Please refer the below link for applying styles on form fields:
Thank you Anjali for your response.
we are using servicenow express instance, Configure Styles option is not there when i right click on form field.
Just navigate to css from left nav, the css has complete default text formatting(fiont, size, color etc), you can change there if you want it to be a global change, i.e. it will not be restricted to one form or page.
In case of changing fonts for ServiceNow Express you can make the changes in the CSS but that will be Global change.
Hello Anurag and Anjali,
I am not able to see the CSS option in snow express.
We do not have access to CSS files in ServiceNow Express but it provides you access for properties, So you can check the property shared by Shloke for updating fonts and styles.
Navigate to System properties by typing "sys_properties.LIST" from Application Navigator Search and search for the property "css.base.font-family" where you can update the desired font as per your need as shown below:
Hope this helps.Mark the answer as correct/helpful based on impact.
It wont allow me to edit the values in System Properties records
Can you please check if you are updating the property in global scope?
What access are you having for your instance? It would require Admin credentials for Updating the Properties needed.
When am trying to change the values its throwing this message "To edit a specific system property, use the appropriate Configuration page"
