    Issue with Subscribable Ci affected Notification

      Event "ci.affected" is successfully getting triggered through the Business Rule "Affected CI" & entry is being made in Event Log table but Email is not getting triggered.

       

      Note: Change Request raised for CI is subscribed to more than one user. Ideally email should be triggered but is not working.

      Instance is in Istanbul.
