Is there a way to add a benchmark line to a report? For instance, I am looking at a report of first call resolution over a 12 month period. I know i can trend those numbers, but I want a solid benchmark line at 85%..... Can that be done in ServiceNow on the reports that we build for management?
In PA you can define targets (what your organization wants to achieve) and thresholds (define normal behavior so you get a warning when something abnormal occurs):

This only adds the line on the scorecard - isn't there a way to add the baseline to the widget (column chart) in the dashboard view?
