Hi Team - I know that in the servicenow HI portal if you go to my tickets the set up is a tabbed instance of each ticket type.
Does anyone know the coding or how this is set up
I think HI is running on Jakarta, and this is a feature of that platform version. Maybe someone else can confirm.
It is a customised widget that is not available OOB.
You have to make your own.

Thanks... But I'm trying to remember, wasn't this a feature demoed in one of the K17 Keynotes? I thought it was and that they were talking about Jakarta, but maybe I'm mistaken. (don't have time to rewatch them right now)
