WE have created survey dashboards based on performance analytics and based on NPS ( net promoter survey) mechanism
We created PA indicators, dashboards and breakdowns for measuring survey effectiveness.
Following are metrics on this survey dashboard.
- NPS Score
- Survey feedback comments and ratings with different interactive filters. ( Feedback group, respondents, category ...)
- Ticket feedback comments and ratings with different interactive filters.
