James Neale & Tim Short
James & Tim, co-founders of Whitespace Studios, are two of the most respected developers in the ServiceNow community. In four years of ServiceNow development, they've published two apps to the Store, co-created the most successful app on Share, and won 3 hackathons. Together, they've built some of the most rigorous integrations in the ServiceNow space.
Leverage the power of the platform and use our native eBonding application to build and manage your service integrations.
Is the store app free?
For which versions is it certified?
The app represents over 3000 hours of distilled ebonding knowledge, and has immense return on investment in a short period. It is not free.
The app is certified up to Istanbul and will shortly be certified on Jakarta.
If Accenture would like a more personal tour, we'd be happy to facilitate.
If am doing a servicenow to servicenow ebond, does it require installing the plugin on both servicenow instances?
No. Ebonding provides its host with the framework for deploying and managing the integrations. Its still up to the destination instance how it processes the information it received. However, the host as all the benefit of monitoring the bond.
That said, IF both sides had the EBonding app, a ServiceNow to ServiceNow integration would be extremely fast, because our Message structure is already built for ServiceNow. We're talking hours of work.
Can you explain how you handle the following scenario in your integration application:
- The target system stores an entity in a single table, as a flat record.
- ServiceNow has certain fields ,that the target system considers part of the entity, broken out into related table records.
If the values of one of those related table records change in ServiceNow, how do you know that the change has occurred and trigger an integration API call for the referencing record that includes the referenced record values?

Fantastic presentation! As someone knee-deep in a eBonding project right now, I can appreciate all of the advanced features in your app. I'm trying to build as much of it as a 'framework' as possible, but don't have the time to do everything I'd like.
