I'm trying to create/update user account in AD using Orchestration as described in Orchestration Example - Active Directory User Management - ServiceNow Wiki.
But, I dont find any changes applied on accounts in AD. Neither could I see the workflow is getting attached to the modified user records in Servicenow.
Is there anything to be configured at AD end to reflect changes made at SN ?
Please help me with the required things.
Did you check the workflow contexts to see if the workflow is triggered.
Yes Mani. But the workflow did not attach any records.
It sounds like you need to resolve the basic issue of why your workflow is not getting triggered. Check the properties to see if there are any conditions on it.
