    Service Catalog Checkout not working after Jakarta upgrade

      We recently upgraded out Dev environment to Jakarta and during initial testing of our existing Catalog Items, when I go to the checkout (Proceed to Checkout), and then click on the Checkout button, nothing happens.  Also, if I require Authorizing Manager and I click the search button to bring up the list, nothing happens.
