We recently upgraded our Development environment from Helsinki to Jakarta. We are experiencing different behavior when we access each of the two cluster nodes. For example, when we access the 001 node, several of our drop-down lists default to "In progress" across most modules, which is not correct or even an option for those fields. However, when we access the 002 node, the issue does not occur and the drop-down lists show the correct default values. I tried clearing the cache but that had no effect. Has anyone experienced this issue where behavior is different across nodes?
I would put in a HI ticket asap for this. Seems like something they need to look at.

May need to restart instance to refresh nodes, as goran recommended please open HI ticket for CS so that they can restart node.
