In our instance we have an issue with HTML fields on the Service Portal. We have a record producer that is on the incident table. On that record producer there is a HTML field that is tied to an HTML field on the incident table. If someone fills out the form on the Service Portal copies and pastes into that field then hits submit, the information is not copied over to the incident. If an error message pops up like they didn't fill out a mandatory field or they hit view source then okay before submitting then it works. We believe that the issue is that the Service Portal is not showing the paste formatter options which can be found in the screenshot. Does anyone know where this is located so I can either turn it off or edit it to see if that is indeed the issue? I have also logged a case with Service-Now.
Good idea. I don't see anything related to paste format options though unless I am missing something. I have looked through all properties that contain html in them.
