    Service Catalog User Template

      ServiceNow instance was upgraded from Calgary to Helsinki. It has been reported that users saved request catalog templates content were wiped out. The templates are still there and can be used but the fields that are supposed to be populated no longer have the information in them. They went all blank. I have checked those fields and the information these fields should be populated with and all are still active e.g. Requested Software field should be populated with "Microsoft Office". On this example, the field should be populated with Microsoft Office but it is blank when the template is applied.
