I am the product manager in ServiceNow. I am looking to speak to CSI manager or customers who have implemented CSI (Continual Service Improvement) in their organization using ServiceNow. I am working on few ideas to make CSI process much easier and driven by data-based insights.

Did you get any responses around your request for CSIs with servicenow. I have a objective this year to implement a way of logging and tracking our CSI improvements within ServiceNow. There does not seems to be any out of the box solution to help? Is there anything readily available?? Many Thanks
