I want to redirect the user (Service Desk), from active chat page to Service Catalog page, when "Create Request" is selected, as in picture below:
The action here is defined in Collaborate -> Administration-> Actions.
I've tried gs.setRedirect(url), but it's working only if the Service Desk user refresh the page.
It's any way to open new windows or redirect the user without refresh the page?.
Could you figure out the solution? I need the same answer.
An incident (and an associated problem) was opened in ServiceNow HI. Probably they will fix in next patch/release.
As soon as I find the solution I will let you know.
