      10:30 – 11:00     Eric Stewart -Anadarko implemented ServiceNow in 2012 when the Service Catalog offering was in its infancy. After struggling to maintain a custom catalog implementation for several years, Anadarko implemented Fruition’s “Dynamic Workflow” scoped application in summer 2017. Now, hundreds of catalog items, each with different fulfillment criteria, are available upon request in an easy-to-administer, data-driven workflow. A demo of the application and how it is used at Anadarko will be presented, along with tips and tricks learned along the way.

               

      11:00 – 11:30      Tyler Herman - Tailored Brands – Tailored Brands built and deployed the Service Portal for its corporate users in July/August of 2017. This new feature has proven to be an asset for our organization as it makes ServiceNow much more accessible. Due to the success of our corporate portal, we are now preparing to deploy a portal for all of our stores across the United States. I will be demoing our portal and the lessons that we learned during development as well as post-deployment.
