    Problem with email notification for Re-Open Incident

      We have created two notification for Incident Tickets

      1. When we re-open the incident.

      2. When we comment on incident.

       

      Now the problem is when we re-open the incident, both 1 and 2 email notification triggering to end user. We want only 1st email should go to end user. Somewhere within condition missing something. Can anyone check the conditions used in both the notification?
