    Incident Reporting based on time

      Good Afternoon,


      I recently had a request from a manager to provide them with all incidents submitted to a specific group within a specific date range but only incidents received after business hours.  Is this something that service now can provide?  I've tried using the opened and created fields but when I enter a time it seems to be retrieving all incidents between the date and time stamp not on those days at that time.  I am currently on Helsinki and i'm very new to Service Now to any details would be greatly appreciated.
