Has anyone started looking for Servicenow compliance with GDRP compliance.
Looking for solutions around user table and work log history editing these seems to be a significant limitor.
How do you remove a user from all history of ticket interactions, assets and records?
That's a really nice question but I guess the GDPR thing came after the GRC Istanbul was live. I hope they get some functionality in Kingston version so.
