    Pending Delivery "true" preventing Restock notifications from being sent?

      We have set up stock rules for several items. We have not been getting the Restock notifications on several of these items. We are getting notifications so we know that this is working as set up for most items.

      While researching this issue I noticed that the items we are NOT getting notifications on have the Pending Delivery showing as "True". See below: Items in peach are currently below the listed threshold, however we did NOT get notifications as expected.

      We do not use ServiceNow Procurement so we do not have any pending orders in the system. We are not prebuilding any items awaiting delivery. I am not sure what is putting these items in that status?  This may not be the issue, just an observation. Any help or guidance would be appreciated. Thank you
