ServiceNow benefits plans are useful, but what if your organization tracks qualitative benefits, without a timed realization plan (or without a financial measure)? Yes, ideally, we should reach the level of benefits realization maturity where we're able to define benefits plans as ServiceNow implemented them, but what to do in the meantime, as we still need to track non-financial benefits?
I'm curious to hear from other PPM users how you've built a benefits register that may be simpler than the out-of-the-box financial measures of benefits, starting in the Demand record and carried over into the Project record. Any pointers appreciated.
