    is it possible that email client template which is triggered from the form and recorded in the activity filter, can be the last "updated" date/time




      The Updated field is showing only when the fields were updated is there any way that if the email client template is sent can be the last updated date/time.

      As you can see in the below screenshot the Updated field has 2017-11-22 09:41:50 and the above dates when the email is sent through Email button in the case.



      Please let me know if this is possible in anyways.
