- My View
We are currently on Jakarta patch 3b and are still developing the mobile application. We have come across something and I am wondering if or how other institutions might be handling this. Our fulfiller users have five or more different active task types assigned to them at any time. Within mobile, the My Work module lists all of the task types, but there is no method to group by task type. Besides for creating individual modules for each task type, what are others using?
What are the common modules being displayed?
Any tips or tricks that you might have learned or seen?
I will be back with more questions, just wanted to get a thread started
I would say that the mobile interface has potential to raise the bar a few steps =) Most of the people I talk to who have a really nice mobile interface has built that interface in the Service Portal and then embed it within the native app. This way you get all the good stuff from the app and Service Portal =).

That is good to know! We are currently using CMS for our end user customers, with a project to build out our Service Portal coming soon. However, we currently have a need for mobile to be made available ahead of the coming Service Portal. I know we will probably have to redesign the mobile views and build once we move forward with Service Portal, as Service Portal will scale for use on mobile.
I appreciate the feedback!
