    Not all of the report information is displaying on a formula indicator scorecard?

      I have created an "Average Incident Turnaround Time" for one of our teams. I am not sure why, but not all the information is being provided for some of the support groups.

      Example:

      Software Development team. Information is being pulled and displayed for Aug, Sept, and Oct. However there is no information for Nov. What makes this even more questionable is the information can be seen when I look at this information daily, but not "By Month Avg" or "By Month Sum"?

      I am seeing the same thing with my Reporting/Dashboarding and IT Analytics Assignment group. Information is correct for all other Assignment Support teams.

      Any help or thoughts would be appreciated.
