I have created an "Average Incident Turnaround Time" for one of our teams. I am not sure why, but not all the information is being provided for some of the support groups.
Software Development team. Information is being pulled and displayed for Aug, Sept, and Oct. However there is no information for Nov. What makes this even more questionable is the information can be seen when I look at this information daily, but not "By Month Avg" or "By Month Sum"?
I am seeing the same thing with my Reporting/Dashboarding and IT Analytics Assignment group. Information is correct for all other Assignment Support teams.
Any help or thoughts would be appreciated.
it's hard to troubleshoot these types of questions, but looking at your last screenshot, it seems that a value for the denominator of your formula for November is missing, there is a value for October (and September):
Not sure what's going on as you mention that the daily values do show.
You could also try to switch to the By month SUM+ time series aggregate. Maybe that gives a clue.
(The '... +' time series will calculate for the running period as well. The one without the + sign show only scores for the periods that have ended.)
Thank you for this information. When I switch to the "By Month Sum+" this seems to work. The needed information displays. I have looked at the individual reports and I do not have any default time series defined.
