I work for a Systems Integrator and we wants to capture charges as well as costs. There seems to be a lot of out-of-the-box functionality for Costs (cost plan, cost breakdowns, Service Portal widgets, etc) and we are thinking of replicating this cost functionality to create a charges functionality.
Has anyone done this before? Any advice you can share will be much appreciated.

With Charge models, you want to create 'Charge lines' to charge the Business units for which the Project is being executed for?
We run our projects as fixed price (charge) engagements and charge external customers based on pre-agreed payment milestones. Similar to expense lines, I'd like to create Charge lines to capture actual vs quoted revenue.
