    All fields read only on policy form on custom states.

      I was creating a workflow for the Policy application (GRC - Scoped App) in ServiceNow. However, the entire form is becoming Read Only once the state changes to a Custom one. I've checked through ACLs, Client Scripts and UI Policies. Is there anything I am missing? Thanks for the help.
